eik pal bhi kahein chen nhi,araam nhi

parwane chak-e-gharebaan lye phirtay han

kiss se karein ,kia karein sozish-e-dard ka bayan

yahan to hr jaa dewane giriftaar-e-dard-e-sanam miltay han

tujhe khabar nhi iss shehr-e-becharagh ki abi

yahan roz martay han ,yahan roz jeetay han

oujalaa-e-nou ki bhi ha ek ajab dastaan-e-ziaa

her makeen k makaan k dar-o-diwaar hiltay han

barri sungdil han iss naggar ki rusmein janaa

yahan nhi to na sahee,chalo kahein aur miltay han

lakh sittam sahee,kartay rhaein wo jafaa ayaz

nafraton main bhi 'muhabbat'k phool khiltay han..
